Naples, Italy (May 7, 2005) - A mother and daughter look at Roman Era findings that are visible through the floor in the new Navy Exchange (NEX), which recently opened at the Gricignano Support Site. The Roman Era artifacts, including block and wooden houses, a Roman road with consolidated chariot tracks, human remains, pottery, weapons and tools which date back from 500 B.C. to 30 B.C., were found during excavation before building commenced.
