Persian Gulf (Jan. 30, 2006) - During the tour of an oil terminal in the Persian Gulf, Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV), the Honorable Dr. Donald C. Winter and Royal Navy Capt. Paddy McAlpine discuss the coalition efforts that are protecting Iraq's oil. U.S. Navy Sailors, in conjunction with Iraqi Security Force soldiers and other coalition force participants, maintain a continuous security presence on the terminal to protect Iraq's chief export.
