ACAJUTLA, El Salvador (July 28, 2007) - Senior Chief Operations Specialist Gene Demers, attached to the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), hands out teddy bears to children at Unidad de Salud Health Center in Acajutla. Project Handclasp, a non-profit organization, provided medical donations to the hospital. Comfort is on a four-month humanitarian deployment to Latin America and the Caribbean providing medical treatment to patients in a dozen countries.
