The Scouts are from Boy Scout Troop 42 and Venturing Crew 42 from Quincy, MA. The flag is the "National 9-11 flag" rescued from Ground Zero and owned by the "New York Says Thank You" foundation. The flag was originally repaired by survivors of the tornado in Greensburg, Kansas and then again by the Scouts and leaders in Quincy themselves. Source: Ray Theberge, Scoutmaster and Crew Advisor
