Borsjtj med rødbede, kartoffel, gulerod, hvidløg, forårsløg og bredbladet persille. Serveret med cremefraiche. Kokken er fra Ukraine og instruktionen lød, at cremefraichen skulle blandes rundt før man begyndte at spise.
English:
Borscht with beetroot, potato, carrot, garlic, spring onion and flat-leaved parsley. Served with sourcream. The chef is Ukrainian and the instruction was to mix the sourcream well with the soup before eating.
Українська:
Борщ, приготований з буряка, картоплі, моркви, часнику, цибулі та зелені. Заправлений сметаною. Кухар - українка; за її рекомендацією, перед тим, як їсти, потрібно добре перемішати сметану з борщем.
