Deutsch: Erläuterung: "Böhmen, dessen Herzöge seit 1086, dauernd seit 1196 den königlichen Titel führten, kam am 24. October 1526 an das Erzhaus Oesterreich. Seit 1194 führte Böhmen im silbernen Felde einen schwarzen Adler mit goldenen Waffen (Schnabel und Fänge) und Kleeblattstengeln, nach Einigen auch mit goldenen Flammen bestreut. (Siehe Wappen v. Trient, Tafel X.) Als Kleinod trug der Helm einen schwarzen, mit goldenen Lindenblättern besäeten Flug. Premysl Otakar II. führte 1249 zum erstenmale den silbernen, doppelschwänzigen Löwen im rothen Felde mit Beibehaltung des alten Flügelkleinodes."
