. Legende: 1898: Auf Anregung des Vereines bildete sich ein Komitee, an dessen Spitze Oskar Freiherr von Lasser-Zollheim und Friedrich Rupprecht von Virtsolog stand. Ziel dieses Komitees sollte die Errichtung eines Beethoven-Denkmals im Helenental sein (gegenüber der "Cholera - Kapelle") Die Kosten wurden durch Sammlungen und Spenden der Badener Sparkasse und des Badener Vorschussvereines aufgebracht. 1899: Für das Beethoven-Denkmal, einer Bronzeplatte mit dem Brustbild Beethovens, das der Bildhauer
Josef Valentin Kassin
geschaffen hatte, liefen Beiträge ein, darunter auch der Ertrag eines Konzertes der Klavierschule Grimm. 1900: Am 1. Juli fand die Enthüllung des Beethoven-Denkmales im Helenental statt.
